This site is run by Scott Kirk, Broker/Owner, Weichert, Realtors® - Sierra Pacific Group, 705 Gold Lake Dr., Suite 250, Folsom, CA 95630.
What I collect
What you type into the contact form: your name, your phone number or email, and the address or neighborhoods you write in. If you call or text, your phone number and message reach me the usual way. The host also keeps standard server logs, described below.
How I use it
To answer you. I do not sell it, and I do not add you to a mailing list. If we end up working together, it goes into my brokerage records like any client file.
Who else handles it
The site is hosted on Netlify, which stores form messages and emails them to me at scott@wrspg.com. Netlify also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses. Fonts load from Google Fonts. This site runs no ad trackers or analytics tags. The form also records the page you sent it from and the website or campaign that sent you here, if any, so I know which page helped.
Do Not Track
This site does not track you across other sites, so it treats every visitor the same whether or not a Do Not Track signal is sent.
See, change or delete your information
Email scott@wrspg.com or call 916-847-5822 and I will show you what I have, fix it, or delete it. If we worked on a transaction together, California requires brokers to keep transaction records for three years, so those I keep until then.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. This policy covers folsomcosttoown.com.
